Structured Housing

Safe, affordable, home-style living with clear expectations, accountability systems, and peer support in a residential neighborhood.

12-Step Integration

Minimum 4 recovery meetings per week, active sponsorship required, and weekly house meetings that count toward meeting requirements.

Employment Support

Residents must be employed, in school, or volunteering. We provide connections for job placement and workforce development support.

Accountability

Random drug and alcohol testing, curfews (10pm weekdays, 11pm weekends), chore responsibilities, and clear consequences for violations.

Life Skills

Coaching for independent living, financial responsibility, healthy relationships, and personal growth through structured daily routines.

Community

Living with peers in recovery fosters unity, service, and personal responsibility guided by group conscience and mutual support.

Resident Requirements

To Join Our Program

  • Commitment to complete sobriety from all substances
  • Completion of detox (if applicable)
  • Willingness to follow house rules and structure
  • Agreement to random drug/alcohol testing
  • Participation in 12-step program with a sponsor
  • Employment, school enrollment, or volunteer work
  • Respectful conduct toward housemates and staff

Weekly Commitments

  • Attend minimum 4 recovery meetings per week
  • Participate in weekly house meetings
  • Complete assigned chores and maintain cleanliness
  • Follow curfew and check-in procedures
  • Work with a sponsor on step work
  • Maintain employment or education
  • Respect quiet hours (10pm-8:30am)

Our Foundation

Zero Tolerance

No drugs, alcohol, violence, threats, theft, or weapons on property. Violations result in immediate removal.

Sobriety First

Complete abstinence required. Random testing, no visitors under the influence, controlled substances not permitted.

Community Respect

Treat housemates, staff, and neighbors with dignity. Keep noise low, follow parking rules, maintain property.

Accountability

Follow curfews, attend meetings, complete chores, maintain employment, and honor all commitments.
